We employ a small staff of undergraduate students with excellent organizational skills and an interest in poetry, writing, and/or literature. Experience in graphic and/or web design, photography/video, and/or social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, are desirable.
This internship offers an hourly wage and rich experience and mentoring in areas such as public relations/communication, event planning, publishing, contest administration, and community engagement, and may be optionally taken for academic credit.
The time commitment is 6-8 hours per week. Regular hours are scheduled around each intern's availability and fall on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. with occasional evening hours required to staff visiting writer events.
